We are seeking a dedicated graphic designer to join our growing company. You will collaborate with other designers to create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns. As a graphic designer, we hope you can put your passion for design to create beautiful images and compelling content. Your duties will include developing graphics for digital platforms to enhance our accompanying text.
A creative marketing agency based in Nottingham founded by two sets of brothers. The company specialises in providing bespoke B2B marketing solutions for a variety of different clients in multiple industries. Our client base past and present includes international blue chip companies such as DAZN, Expedia, Misfits Boxing, Puma, New Balance, Nvidia and many more. A large part of our client base also services clients within the Finance, Fintech & Investment space.
Branding & Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create visually appealing and effective designs for various digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, brochures, advertisements, merchandise and brand identities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative design concepts into our projects.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
- Work with clients to understand their design needs and deliver creative solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Advise best practices and optimisations throughout design projects.
- Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
- Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces
- QC design for errors
- Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
- Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, other designers, and account managers, to ensure cohesive campaigns across all channels.
Graphic Designer Requirements:
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and After Effects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design
- Attention to detail
- Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
