Due to our impressive consistent growth in the IT & Telecoms sector, we have a new exciting opportunity for a Head of Proposition, to own, develop and execute the implementation of a complete managed security product and services portfolio as well as the strategic development roadmap focused on mid-market and enterprise markets.

Join our Technology Design Team

The Head of Proposition role will be responsible for:

• Leading the development, design and running of a complete portfolio and roadmap of Cybersecurity products and services.
• Leading the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for Cybersecurity and IT including pricing, positioning and promotional activities.
• Conducting structured, qualitative market research of demand by liaison with existing and prospective clients, vendors and industry thought leaders as well as own sources.
• Overall, being accountable for the design, delivery and success of the managed Cybersecurity portfolio too.
• Leading the continued development of the IT product and Service portfolio
• Supporting and educating the OPUS sales and pre-sales teams on all matters cybersecurity.
• Consulting various internal teams at OPUS on best practices for Managing IT and Cybersecurity
• Developing a world-class ITSM system stack and identifying opportunities for automation and optimisation.
• Controlling all relevant continuous improvement initiatives including feedback loops with internal and external stakeholders

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Head of Proposition with:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in service design and/or management within IT Managed Services organisation.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Managed Cyber Security product & service research and management
• Sound knowledge of product lifecycle management and associated cross-functional project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex products or services.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are highly desirable.
• Sound knowledge of the Cybersecurity service and product landscape.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with IT Managed Service systems and automation methodologies
• A specialist in B2B cybersecurity and IT products and services for mid-market and enterprise
• Experienced in the ground-up development, building and running of new services including structured market research, development of go-to-market strategies, commercial modelling as well as operational implementation
• Continuously driven, ambitious and results focused. Strong self-starter. You are curious and challenge the status quo
