Refrigeration Commissioning Engineer (ID: 4fOzAKjo)

Experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning commissioning engineer required for Installations to commercial and residential properties throughout the South East and London.

Engineers will be required to carry out any overtime as required.

You will be provided with a company van and pension.

Responsibilities:

*The purpose of the role is to carry out Refrigeration commissioning (Predominantly Co2-based Refrigerant plant) works in accordance with project teams’ requirements.

• Read, understand and follow drawings, specifications and technical documentation
• Take a proactive approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as appropriate
• Carry out testing procedures on equipment as necessary i.e. system, controllers, networks etc for individual and complete systems. (RDM Alarm system and controllers)
• Ensure equipment is working to the correct specification
• Report onsite issues, probable causes and potential solutions to the installation supervisor/manager
• Provide technical support
• Document commissioning progress, and site reports and assist with O&M manuals where necessary
• Ensure that you have the correct tools, equipment and materials for the job at hand
• Train colleagues where necessary

Our team are responsible for carrying out new installations for refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Applicants will need to show their experience of working independently and competently to high standards with the skills to communicate with all levels of clientele.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

Relevant Qualifications:

• F-Gas Certification
• Communication skills - able to deal in person with store managers and deal with any issues should they arise
• Full UK driving licence
• Prepared to work and travel throughout London and South East
• Availability to work overtime as required

Hours: Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30. Plus overtime.

Salary: Competitive rate, plus overtime.
