We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support professional to join our team in providing excellent support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have an advanced knowledge of SQL and Windows as well as an understanding of the architecture of operating systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to our software
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Identify areas in which clients operations can be improved by using our software

Experience:

• The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
• Proven experience in technical support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of help desk support, IT support, and technical troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to diagnose and resolve software issues efficiently
