Role Description

This is a remote contract role for MRICS or FRICS Building Surveyors who can commit a minimum of one day per week. Responsibilities are predominantly to undertake disrepair inspections and prepare CPR-compliant Expert Witness reports (using our software) and there is also scope for conducting building surveys (residential, limited commercial premises), costing repairs, meeting deadlines and an exceptional eye for detail is required.

• Expert witness reports
• Dilapidations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience in the construction or property industry
• AssocRICS / MRICS or FRICS status as defined by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £600.00-£900.00 per day

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
