Experienced Data Cabling Engineer (ID: AUZh8Rmo)

We are looking for an data engineers with a minimum of 5 years experience. A well-established IT infrastructure business with over 30 years’ experience, we have a large client base and due to our continued success we looking to grow our team by recruiting additional experienced data engineers.

The role will involve the installation and termination of copper and fibre cables. We are seeking an experienced data cabling engineer, proficient at installing, terminating and testing fibre and copper cabling

Additional skills within this role, you will be carrying out all aspects of data cabling from Copper to Fibre installations.

• Cable installation/Pulling Cables
• Install basket tray, cable tray, PVC Trunking and general containment
• Installation of Containment – Trunking and conduit
• Working in a team environment
• Terminating Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6a CAT7 cable by a number of manufacturers
• Discuss the work with the customer on site and communicate this back to the Production Manager.

Essential Requirements:

• ECS/CSCS Card
• Experience in a similar role
• Able to work away from home
• Driving licence

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00 - £31,000.00 per year
