Proclaim Developer - Leeds (ID: Dd20Lfsa)

Award winning North Leeds law firm is looking for a Proclaim Developer with experience to join their Information Technology team. The firm is rapidly growing therefore, this is a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven and motivated candidate to help develop and maintain the Proclaim database and App. This role creates an opportunity for the right person to grow and make the role their own.

The successful candidate will be maintaining and developing the Proclaim system for 3 companies within the group.

• Creating new case types, database fields, and correspondents.
• Screen design and intelligence.
• Workflow maintenance, including the creation of linked actions, forms, secure documents, and master documents.
• Understanding of the user profile parameters, in particular calendar permissions and integration with Microsoft Exchange.
• Advanced Report training and experience in designing, amending, and scheduling reports.
• Creating main case handling manuals for use by new staff in training.
• Understanding of design and execution of SQL queries.
• Task server configuration, scheduling, and troubleshooting

Proclaim Developer Essentials:

• At least 12 months’ experience in Proclaim development

Desirable:

• Tech 4 trained; however, training will be provided if not.
