Full Stack C# Visual Studio Web Developer (ID: FGLIASV8)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Full Stack C# and Visual Studio Web Developer to take full responsibility for the development of our website and support C# services.

We are a family owned HP car finance lender based in Redditch. We are part of Norfolk Capital Group (NCG) who have been offering the public financial solutions since 1988. and are an established and trusted name within the finance industry.

You will be supported by other senior developers across the group, and be part of an organisation where vibrant individuals collaborate to achieve business success.

Your skills in web development will take an already technically ‘clean’ website and overlay new functionality. You will receive a brand new design, produced by the marketing team, and be asked to bring it to life on the site.

Please note: Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and must already live within 30 minutes of our Redditch office, where you will be based full time.

About the role:

The ideal candidate will have the experience of:

• C# and Visual Studio (essential)
• The latest methods in website and mobile design and development
• Google products including GA, GTM, Webmaster Tools etc.
• SEO and how relates to website structure with the ability to advise on best practices.
• Setting up and migrating websites across web servers.

Key responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining a new fast, responsive website on the latest platforms.
• Improving website speed.
• Optimising the website for the purposes of SEO
• Working in an organised and efficient manner to meet briefs and deadlines.
• Taking responsibility for cyber security and website back-ups

Who are we looking for?

• Our ideal web developer will have extensive development experience.
• You will require a minimum of 3-5 years web development experience within a fast-paced working environment. Examples of previous work would be an advantage.
• You must also have experience building responsive pages as all builds are responsive as standard.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm with emergency out of hours cover as required.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
