The Role:

As a Senior Network Engineer at Dasuni you will:

• Lead and manage complex network infrastructure projects, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored network solutions.
• Provide senior-level expertise on network architecture, design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge-sharing.
• Work directly with the leadership team to contribute to the overall business growth strategy.
• Ensure network systems are running smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
• Take a proactive role in identifying potential improvements to our clients' networks and the MSP’s internal infrastructure.

Senior Network Engineer Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer, ideally within an MSP environment.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale network projects.
• Deep knowledge of networking technologies, including routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Strong experience with network design, configuration, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or others) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, or similar technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent) are highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year

Network management: 5 years (required)

CCNA: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:  CCNP (preferred)
