We are searching for a proactive Head of IT to join and shape the IT functions within our growing organisation. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will have the unique opportunity to develop and contribute to the success of one of the UK’s fastest-growing insurance providers.

A dynamic and innovative insurance provider specialising in telematics-based solutions for young drivers. By utilising advanced technology, we offer competitive insurance premiums while encouraging safer driving habits. Head of IT Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Company IT Operations.
• Develop and Implement IT Policies & Procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and provide IT solutions.
• Manage relationships with external companies and service providers.
• Plan, manage, and execute IT projects.
• Provide guidance and training to employees when needed.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Must have experience within Open GI.
• SQL experience is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficient in managing operating systems (Microsoft).
• A development background would be preferred.
