PLC Software Engineers (ID: IdHPRNaj)

Currently, we have vacancies for Experienced Software Engineers looking to start immediately. We are a leading manufacturer of custom-built Electrical Control Panels, Motor Control Centres and Switchboards in the UK.

Based near Ware in Hertfordshire, a family-run business, with over 50 years of experience in the field. Who work predominantly for “blue chip” companies in a variety of industries such as Water, Food, Brewing and Petrochemicals. They are currently working under long-term framework agreements for Southern Water, Affinity Water, Northumbrian Water and Essex & Suffolk Water for the supply of Electrical Control Panels, Motor Control Centres, Switchboards and PLC & SCADA Systems.

A medium-sized company employing approximately 50 staff.

The position of Software Engineer involves working alongside a team of highly experienced software and electrical engineers. They will be expected to move on to engineer their own projects, liaising directly with clients to service their needs.

Experience in water industry work would be preferable, although not essential.

The ideal candidates will be qualified to ONC/HNC or degree level. Must live within practical travelling distance from Ware, be fluent in English and eligible to work in the UK and have a valid UK work permit.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: £24,847.13-£55,000.00 per year
