Junior Full-Stack Developer – Custom CRM & Web Application Development (Zoho CRM & Custom Solutions)

An innovative healthcare company is developing a custom CRM and web application to improve client services and streamline operations, with Zoho CRM at the core. We’re looking for a skilled Junior Full-Stack Developer to help build, manage, and support this platform. This is an exciting opportunity for a developer interested in hands-on experience with both CRM integration and custom solutions, as well as supporting and expanding an existing IT infrastructure.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Full-Stack Developer to contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of a custom CRM and web application. Responsibilities include developing and integrating features with Zoho CRM, building custom modules as needed, supporting existing systems, and preparing the infrastructure for future expansion. Key Responsibilities:

Full-Stack Development & Zoho CRM Integration

• Develop and implement core features that integrate with Zoho CRM and custom-built solutions.
• Build backend and frontend components, focusing on scalability, security, and an optimized user experience.
• Manage API integrations to ensure seamless data flow between Zoho CRM, custom applications, and third-party services.

Custom Development & Infrastructure Support

• Support and maintain the existing IT infrastructure, addressing any technical issues to ensure reliable operation.
• Build custom solutions outside Zoho CRM to meet specific business needs, coordinating with stakeholders to determine the best approach.
• Ensure the infrastructure supports ongoing growth, implementing improvements to prepare for future expansion.

System Optimization & User Experience

• Optimize data workflows, backend processes, and user interfaces to improve performance and usability.
• Continuously assess system performance, implementing necessary updates to maintain reliability and compatibility.
• Implement infrastructure enhancements to align with the company's future goals.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Conduct testing to ensure feature functionality across platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, working closely with the team to ensure system stability.
• Document system architecture, workflows, and processes for future maintenance and development.

Support & Future Expansion

• Provide ongoing technical support, addressing issues and supporting continuous improvement.
• Work with internal teams to scope out new features and prioritize enhancements to support future growth.
• Proactively identify and implement system improvements to ensure scalability and efficiency.

Qualification Requirments:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of full-stack development experience; exposure to CRM platforms (Zoho CRM experience is a plus).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in backend (e.g., Node.js, Python) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases, secure data handling, and API integration.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM and its API is desirable but not required.
• Knowledge of version control (e.g., Git) and project management tools.
