CNC Programmer Setter Operator (ID: LDYy1Tqa)

We are looking for a dynamic and creative engineer to join our tight-knit team. You will need to program, set and run jobs on 3, 4 and 5-axis milling machines and own the process from start to finish.

Offline programming experience is essential. We use Autodesk Fusion 360, FeatureCAM and PowerMILL so knowledge of these software would be an advantage although not essential. Also experience with HAAS machines would be helpful but again not essential.

Thompson Precision is a long-established precision engineering company specialising in very low-volume machining of complex components in a variety of materials. We work closely with a wide range of clients to develop and meet their often demanding requirements. The work is very varied and interesting encompassing both small and large precision component machining, tool making, pattern making and model making. We run day shifts only with overtime.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £43,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
