Responsibilities:
- Provide Troubleshooting, Bug fixing, and Software Improvements
- Work with Clients and Partners to Investigate and Correct a wide range of issues affecting Client Manufacturing Plants in a timely manner
- Perform System Analysis, make Code Modifications, and perform Functional Tests to troubleshoot Application Issues in Production Environments
- Deploy patches/hotfixes to Client sites as needed
- Improve Existing Functionality
- Create &/or modify functionality to resolve issues and improve general application performance
- Update existing documentation
- Create New Functionality
- Translate Business Requirements into detailed Design Specifications
- Perform software programming tasks including Development, Integration Testing, Unit Testing, and Documentation
- Develop New Functionality to fulfil client initiatives, including Web Development and System Integration
Required Qualifications:
- University/College education in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines
- 3+ years recent Experience in HTML5, JavaScript, SQL, C#, and .NET Framework
- Ability to create high-quality software that’s both efficient and easily supportable
- Strong written & oral communication skills (Fluent in English)
- Excellent problem-solving and team-building skills
- Adaptable and able to learn new skills and technologies
Experience with the following technologies are a bonus:
- AngularJS or Angular
- Bootstrap
- Microsoft SQL Server
- ASP.NET (WebForms & MVC)
- Web API
- Mobile development
Experience with or Knowledge of:
- Source Control systems (eg. DevOps, SVN, GIT)
- Support Ticket systems (eg. HPSM, ServiceNow)
- Working in an ITIL environment
- Manufacturing Execution Systems, or in a Manufacturing Environment (even as an operator)
- Project Management or Coordination
- Interest in Digital Manufacturing &/or Manufacturing Execution Systems
- Strong skills with Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems

Pay: £39,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
