Job Description

We’re looking for a strong, passionate and organised search marketing specialist with 3+ years of PPC experience. (All our search marketing is managed in-house)

You will be responsible for ensuring paid search campaigns are optimised and delivered to a high standard. You will be planning and implementing changes that help guide and scale us through ambitious expansion plans.

As well as being responsible for lead acquisition, you will work with internal teams to ensure landing page and call conversion rates are maximised. You will need to forecast expected growth in line with workforce expansion targets.

This is a hands-on role where you will be working on a large account that spends close to £3 million per year. You’ll be comfortable formulating new strategies and presenting them to the operations teams before implementation.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious and dedicated. Monitoring campaign performance continuously and providing feedback and insight to our operations teams is an absolute necessity. This will occasionally need to be out-of-hours and at weekends.

About You

  • 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience with a focus on paid search
  • Experience in managing medium or large PPC accounts in-house, or large clients for agencies
  • Excellent understanding of paid search best practice
  • Confident using Google Ads and Google Ads Editor
  • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheet skills
  • Meticulous approach to campaign planning and development
  • Adept at weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting
  • Strong Google Analytics and Google Optimise knowledge
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and confidence being directly responsible for helping to achieve growth targets
  • Well-organised, analytical and hardworking individual who enjoys a challenge

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
