  • Provide technical resources during projects.
  • Be part of networking escalations within the business, forming part of on-call rotas.
  • Participate in core networking changes and internal and external patching, all carried out, outside of regular hours.

Essential Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within an MSP environment.
  • Working knowledge of routing and switching protocols.
  • Firewall experience – ideally Juniper SRX, Cisco ASA or FortiGate devices.
  • Network tools and systems such as Wireshark, PRTG and SolarWinds.
  • Device lifecycle management including patching and updating.
  • Configuration and support of Juniper, Cisco and Aruba hardware and virtual appliances
  • A full clean driving licence is a requirement for this role

Desirable:

  • JNCIA-Junos or CCNA certification
  • Cloud Networking
