Full Stack Developer - 6 Months (ID: SbYs28ha)

We are looking for a skilled Full stack developer to join our team, to build our innovative cloud-based application. We are looking to bring back our dev team from being outsourced abroad to back in house. We have a roadmap of work that needs to be done to make exciting in roads in the industry that we operate in.

You will play a pivotal role in the architecture, build, deployment and maintenance of Java backends and angular front ends on this project.

Our backends are built in Java EE using Spring and Hibernate frameworks on the Google Cloud Platform, with our frontend built in Angular.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building backend APIs on Google Cloud Platform using Java, Spring, Hibernate and SQL
• Handing off those APIs to the front-end developers for implementation
• Helping to solve any back-end issues that may arise on production
• Working on exciting market-leading software development project
• Working in the scrum agile methodology with daily standups, sprint planning sessions and retrospectives, etc
• Using Slack, Jira, Zoom and Confluence daily to communicate with teammates
• For this fully remote role we use laptop monitoring software to monitor productivity

Your ideal qualities:

• Enthusiastic about the possibilities of technology and coding
• Minimum 5 years experience with Java EE programming, Spring, Hibernate and SQL
• 5 years experience with Angular
• Experience with Typescript, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
• Knowledge of Git, Relationship Databases, Cloud Architecture
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform infrastructure
• Enjoy coding with focus on clean code and writing tests
• Enthusiasm for working in a growing business culture, working independently and collaborating with a remote team
• Independent worker familiar with working in Agile Scrum methodology

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
