As an IT Support Engineer at Little Big Tech, you will play a crucial role in Job Overview: delivering top-notch technical support to our clients. You will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting a variety of IT systems and environments, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote and on-site support for M365 and Azure environments
  • Manage Active Directory and Windows 10/11 systems
  • Support, deploy, and troubleshoot managed antivirus solutions
  • Utilise remote support applications and Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
  • Assist with optimisation of ConnectWise (nice to have)
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support
  • Support macOS systems (knowledge nice to have)

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in M365 and Azure
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11
  • Experience with remote support applications and MDM
  • Experience with managed antivirus solutions
  • Proficiency in PSA tools
  • At least a couple of years in a customer-facing technical role
  • Valid driving license

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with ConnectWise
  • MS-102 certification
  • M365 Fundamentals certification
