Here’s what you’ll get up to:

- Work on projects that span multiple areas, including pricing, risk assessment, and behavioural fraud detection.
- Build, deploy, and iterate on data models that bring clear and measurable value to our business.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams to deliver data-driven products that delight our customers and drive business growth.
- Play a key role in developing our state-of-the-art data platform, setting the standard for best practices in data science and analytics.
- Build your commercial awareness by collaborating on cross-functional projects with teams across the company.
- Join a fun, supportive, and ambitious team where your growth and well-being are a top priority.
What we’re looking for from our Data Scientist:
- 1+ years of experience in data science (or equivalent academic or personal projects).
- A problem-solver who enjoys thinking creatively about how data can deliver value.
- A passion for building great data products and a willingness to roll up your sleeves across the data lifecycle – from pipelining to model deployment.
- Experience with some of the following tools and technologies (or an eagerness to learn):
- Python and its data science ecosystem (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Statistical methods and machine learning (e.g., A/B testing, model validation).
- Data pipelining tools like SQL, dbt, BigQuery, or Spark.
- A strong communicator with the ability to communicate technical concepts into layman’s terms for a non-technical audience.
- You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo if it means improving the outcome for our customers.
- Use your excellent time management abilities to prioritise daily tasks by overarching company goals.
- You’re ambitious, and eager to progress quickly to grow alongside the company.
- You apply yourself to everything you do, recognising the difference that makes to the business.
- You treat everyone with integrity, respect and kindness - whether it’s your colleagues, our customers, or our partners.
- You’ll be a champion of our values, and encourage others to be the same.
These requirements are a guide as to what we’re looking for, but if you don’t have all of the skills listed above, that’s okay! Please don’t let that hold you back from applying if the role excites you.
