Key Responsibilities:
- Model Development & Maintenance: Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms tailored to business needs, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning models. Work on maintaining and improving the model once it has been deployed to avoid drift and ensure optimum output.
- Data Pipeline Management: Develop and optimize data pipelines to prepare large datasets for machine learning tasks.
- ML Ops: Work on the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of ML models in production. Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) for ML workflows.
- Research and Experimentation: Stay current with advancements in AI research and apply new methodologies to enhance the performance and scalability of existing solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, cloud architects, software engineers, security officers and other teams to deliver AI-powered solutions from concept to production.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data science or AI.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in AI, ML, or data science roles.
- Experience within the payments sector and embedded finance.
- Experience with deploying models in production is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data processing.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and serverless architecture.
- Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex datasets and workflows.
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting.
- Background in setting up ML Ops pipelines.
- Knowledge of front-end or back-end software development is a plus.
