IT Technician (ID: UbM30TsN)

We are looking for a 2nd or 3rd line technician to help us in providing remote support to our customers based nationwide.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £39,000.00 per year

We are a boutique family-run IT consultancy with our head office in Sheffield city centre. We value working in a friendly, considerate environment and value our employee's wellbeing and happiness.

Our IT Support is provided through remote access tools such as LogMeIn and Datto RMM.

Applicants should have some technical qualifications, for example Microsoft MTA's or experience to match.

We do loads of 365, SharePoint and Windows support with some Macs. Azure virtual machines and terminal services experience is essential plus TCP/IP and networking knowledge a must.

Experience using PSA tools such as Autotask or Kaseya tools would be useful.

We are looking for a positive friendly attitude and of course, customer service skills are essential. You will also provide some mentoring to our young team who will be keen to take advantage of your experience.

We aim to make work more fun and interesting for everyone and this is a great opportunity to grow. You could quickly progress to the management level if you have what it takes. If you are willing to put in the hours studying we will give you tonnes of support and pay for all your certifications.

There is a yearly discretionary bonus in addition to the posted salary, and yearly pay reviews.
