Your Role Involves:
- Focused Development: Leading the charge in frontend solutions with React, adjusting flexibly to the dynamic needs of our projects.
- Platform Optimization: Elevating performance and user experience, ensuring seamless operation across different devices and browsers.
- Collaborative Contribution: Working alongside designers and backend developers to forge a solid, maintainable codebase, sharing your React insights.
- Commitment to Quality: Rigorous testing and debugging to ensure flawless functionality.
- Technological Prowess: Staying ahead with the latest in front-end technologies, infusing innovative tools and methodologies into our development practices.
- Client Interaction: Direct engagement with clients, from gathering requirements to delivering project updates.
- Effective Documentation: Maintaining clear documentation for ease of understanding and maintenance by the team.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Guiding junior developers, and nurturing a learning and collaborative environment.
We Seek Someone With:
- At least 3 years of frontend development experience, with a focus on React.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript, and a keenness to adapt to new frontend technologies.
- Desirable skills include a deep knowledge and understanding of React’s advanced features, experience with Formik, Redux, Material Design, Tailwind CSS, and curiosity about Vue.js, Svelte, or Flutter/Dart.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We're offering a salary from £33,000 up to £65,000, plus an annual bonus of up to £6,500.
