IT Support Technician:
- Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for users and clients, ensuring minimal downtime.

- Equipment Setup: Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers, and peripherals.
- User Support: Respond promptly to user queries, offering clear guidance and solutions to technical problems.

- Documentation: Record and document solutions to technical issues for future reference and training purposes.
- Client Assistance: Deliver high-quality support tailored to client needs, ensuring satisfaction and reliability.
