IT Support Technician:

  • Equipment Setup: Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers, and peripherals.
  • User Support: Respond promptly to user queries, offering clear guidance and solutions to technical problems.
  • Network Security: Assist in maintaining network security protocols to safeguard data and systems.
  • Documentation: Record and document solutions to technical issues for future reference and training purposes.
  • Client Assistance: Deliver high-quality support tailored to client needs, ensuring satisfaction and reliability.
