We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our growing team. As a Data Scientist, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business challenges, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and deliver actionable insights that drive business value. [EJ3] There is also the opportunity to support our clients with artificial intelligence adoption, helping them transform their operations through innovative technologies.
Data Scientist Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advisory services to clients on advanced analytics and data engineering best practices, ensuring delivery of scalable and efficient solutions
- Development and delivery of production-ready ML models
- Provide insights and data products to support client decision-making
- Visualise and communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Be the AI champion within Loop, helping the whole team embed AI for our clients where it can add the most value
Skills and Qualifications:
- · Extensive experience in delivering Data Science projects to improve marketing/sales performance and customer experience. For example, marketing attribution modelling and next best action.
- Expert in machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, classification, regression)
- Ability to write production standard code in Python/SQL with a strong grasp of coding principles
- Strong familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data warehousing technologies (e.g., Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Ideally familiar with digital behavioural data e.g. GA4
- Ability to articulate technical findings in business terms and demonstrate value to stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Comfortable using Git for versioning and collaboration
