As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Digital Learning Developer to help shape the future of our internal Learning & Development (L&D) offering, with a view to expanding into customer-facing learning experiences.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Developer to play a pivotal role in creating engaging, high-quality learning content for our internal L&D structure. Reporting to the L&D team, you will be responsible for turning storyboards and wireframes into interactive eLearning modules that support the professional development of our staff. This role will also have a significant impact on the creation of future customer-facing training materials, making it an exciting opportunity for someone looking to contribute to both internal and external learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar eLearning authoring tools, video editing and a creative mindset for delivering compelling digital learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop interactive and visually appealing eLearning content using the Articulate 360 (inc Storyline) Suite, Adobe Captivate, and/or other eLearning tools.
Translate storyboards, learning wireframes, and scripts into fully functional and immersive eLearning modules.
Work closely with the L&D team to ensure learning objectives are met through engaging and impactful content delivery.
Help shape the future of the internal L&D structure and offerings, with a focus on creating scalable content that can be adapted for future customer-facing learning experiences.
Test and troubleshoot eLearning modules to ensure compatibility and functionality across different platforms and devices.
Stay current with the latest trends and tools in digital learning development to continually enhance our content offering.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Digital Learning Developer role within Learning & Development.
Proficiency in Articulate 360/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar eLearning development tools.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles (e.g. Blooms Taxonomy or similar) and experience working with storyboards and learning wireframes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and meet tight project deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desirable:

Experience with video-based learning tools such as Synthesia or similar platforms.
Video editing skills using Camatasia or Adobe tools.
Experience working with field service management software
Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration.
