You'll join a rapidly growing team and collaborate closely with our product team to deliver on our ambitious objectives.

About Us

We are an enterprise-level SaaS Reward Tech platform, powering loyalty for an exciting and varied spectrum of high-profile B2B & B2C clients. Our ever-growing catalogue of brands is supported by an innovative suite of tools to automate seemingly bespoke programs, helping our clients achieve their commercial goals. We are a small, fast-paced reward tech company on track for rapid growth in 2025, working with both UK and international clients. Over the next 12 months, we aim to launch programs overseas in Europe and the USA.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a creative PHP Developer to enhance our gamification features, such as Points, Tiers, and Condition-based rewards. You will also have the opportunity to develop innovative projects like 'Spin to Win' and 'Scratch and Stamp' cards, which are designed to boost user engagement through fun, interactive rewards systems. We value team players who are eager to learn new skills and push the boundaries of what is possible, ensuring excellence in every feature delivered.
