We are seeking a talented and driven Analytics Engineer / Data Engineer (with Analytics Focus) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our large datasets, building and managing data pipelines, and extracting valuable insights to drive informed decision-making within our CRM system. You will work with a modern cloud-based technology stack, including Python, Django, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Glue, and Lambda.
Analysis Engineer Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and advise data storage, strategy, integrations, and ETL processes
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using AWS Glue and custom Python processors.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through data validation and quality checks.
- Monitor and optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, relationships, and insights.
- Develop and implement data summaries and visualizations for integration into our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless data integration and delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- Document data processes and procedures.
- Maintain and improve data availability and the health of the data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or Mathematics.
- Proficiency in Python and use of associated data libraries
- Expert with AWS services, particularly AWS Glue and AWS Lambda.
- Expert with both Relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Solid experience of data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes.
- Experience in data analysis and visualization.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Django is a plus.
