As our first in-house full-stack developer, you will play a pivotal role in evolving the digital side of our business. You’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving our Salesforce platform and building top-tier JS applications upon it. You’ll work closely with our team and outside partners, gaining insight into the unique needs of our business and customers to create seamless, user-friendly digital experiences. As part of our growth, we’re excited to bring on our first in-house Full Stack Developer to build top-tier internal and customer-facing digital solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Sites, and Flows
- Create intuitive, user-friendly front-end interfaces with JavaScript frameworks (LWC, React)
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement digital solutions that improve both customer experience and internal operations
- Build seamless integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems, and develop APIs as needed
- Troubleshoot, debug and ensure system stability and performance
- Uphold high code quality through testing, peer reviews, and best practices
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting across all digital platforms
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, leveraging new features to benefit the business
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with deep expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components)
- Proficiency in JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks (React)
- Solid understanding of database design and SOQL
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and responsive design
- Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving and self-management abilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with non-technical team members
- Knowledge of security best practices for Salesforce and web application development
Nice-to-Have:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I)
- Experience with Heroku, AWS, or other cloud platforms
- Previous experience in e-commerce or travel industries
- Mobile app development experience

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
