Air Conditioning Engineer Supervisor (ID: kx6fPAns)

The Air Conditioning Company are looking for an intelligent and enthusiastic individual to assist our busy team. The position would be ideal for an experienced engineer who is looking to come off the tools. The position will include some office-based work but will mainly involve driving to sites.

Your role will include:

• Undertaking preinstall meetings to assess the feasibility of jobs and suggest improvements. Provide the engineers with a build-plan (including photos) showing how the job should be completed.
• Advising our engineers and surveying teams on technical questions for existing/potential jobs.
• Dealing with enquiries for both new installations and service/repair requests by phone and email
• Supervise installation works carried out by our existing site teams and subcontractors and report daily on progress, issues, and health and safety matters.
• Training our surveyors and engineers
• General administration tasks
• 90% of our work is high-end residential, and 10% is small shops and offices, so having residential experience is a must.
• You must:
• 5 years minimum HVAC experience on site as senior Engineer/ Supervisor
• F-Gas certificate
• Working knowledge of AC/VRF operation and design (primarily split/Multi and mini VRV/VRF)
• Working knowledge of duct fitting systems, for ducted air conditioning systems.
• Ventilation systems installation / Design
• City and Guilds NVQ2 (minimum)
• Full “clean” driving licence
• Site Health and Safety
• IT literate
• Be fluent in both oral and written English
• Be highly numerate with fine attention to detail
• Be reliable and preferably live within 30 minutes of our offices in NW7, as most of our work is within the M25
• Have strong organisational skills
