Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in the same industry, understanding storage batteries and hybrid inverters.
  • Proficiency in office software and CAD.
  • Strong communication skills and coordination skills, have the initiative to find solutions to problems.
  • Clear logical thinking, openness to learning new things, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for the region, offering pre-sales and post-sales services to sales and customers.
  • Assist sales colleagues and customers through on-site visits, emails, and phone calls for technical discussions.
  • Conduct product and technical training for overseas colleagues and customers through online and offline methods.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, collect and analyse competitor information, and identify strengths and weaknesses in competitor solutions.
  • Support in product promotion, marketing activities, exhibitions, and refining marketing materials for products.
  • Handle major issues and customer complaints, drive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to technical document writing and regularly update various technical documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £48,000.00-£72,000.00 per year
