Front End Developer - Hybrid Working (ID: qyY3nFkx)

We are now seeking a full-time Front-End Developer to spearhead product development, launch new products, lead a small technical team and support commercial objectives.

Availability: Immediate

We are a small family business with big ambitions. We provide business data to help companies make better decisions via a SaaS database and CRM platform.

Job Role: Front End Developer - Reporting to: Commercial Director - Direct Reports: Small team of three developers

Software Development, Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the development process from initial requirements through to product delivery.
• Contribute to architecture and design decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and meet high-performance standards.
• Implement best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of modern HTML, CSS and Javascript (specifically using Typescript)
• Able to work using React framework
• Familiar with standard Git procedures
• Familiar with workflow management systems, such as Asana, Jira, Trello etc.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and other team members to deliver features

Additional Skills:

• Ability to use design software for developing examples of pages, down to the candidate's personal choice
• Experience with delivering solutions (at least 2 years)
• Understand the importance of developing sustainable code and practices within the team
• Understanding of CRM systems and how they fuction, rather than ability to use them

Interest in future advances that can be utilised within our software, for example AI / Machine learning utilising our data to help predict future changes in the industry and for the benefit of our customers to make informed decisions

This role is Hybrid, with the successful application being based in the office and working collaboratively across the teams on a weekly basis.
