We are looking to recruit a dedicated industry specialist to lead on our technical projects. You will be capable of planning and delivering projects to a high standard, supporting customers to achieve their operational goals.?

?You will be able to demonstrate an all-round technical portfolio of experience in key strands of IT, including design, installation, configuration, repair and support on a wide range of hardware, cloud, operating systems and applications in a LAN/WAN/WLAN environment.?

?Staying positive, willing to learn and develop additional technical skills.?

?5 day working role, with a mix of homeworking, onsite and customer locations depending on project requirements.?

• Lead on our IT portfolio, overseeing projects through to completion. ?
• ?Manage customer relationships to ensure IT queries and requirements are met, prioritising demands accordingly.?
• To have the correct attitude, behaviours and values when representing us.?
• ?Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills, especially when working under pressure.?

• ?Understanding of Switch and VoIP? solutions
• ?LAN/WAN/WLAN Project Implementation, Troubleshooting and Support?
• ?Support & Maintenance of Server and Desktop Hardware and Operating Systems?
• ?Microsoft Active Directory, GPO’s, DNS & DHCP?
• ?MS Exchange/O365 Management, Installation and Migration?
• ?Azure Platform - Setup & Configuration?
• ?Backups/Replication - BC/DR?
• ?Security Technologies – Firewall/VPN/AV?
• Cyber Essentials+/ISO27001/CIS

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday ?

?Holidays: 25 days plus Bank Holidays?

?Pension: Employer Contribution 3%?

?Location: Sunderland, Gateshead & Newcastle upon Tyne?

Experience: 5-7 Years in Technical IT Role?
