When finding a job opening of interest on our website and deciding to apply, once your CV is uploaded, our dedicated administrative team takes the initial step by thoroughly examining your CV and evaluating skill sets, experience, and qualifications against the requirements for the position. If your CV suitably aligns with our client's job description, you will receive an e-mail from us concerning the opportunity of being shortlisted.  Our consultants are here to discuss the role in more detail to see if you're keen on moving forward. Should you decide to pursue the vacancy, an interview with a consultant may follow, conducted either in person or virtually. At this stage, we may also manage any initial screening processes required, candidate preparation, and checking your background, job, or personal references.

Once vetted, you will have consented for us to submit your CV to the client company, and we communicate all details. The process then transitions to the hiring company's domain for review. The hiring manager then accesses the shortlisted candidate profiles we submit and decides on the progress of the next step - be it setting up an interview with the candidate or, in some instances, determining that the fit isn't suitable for the advertised position, you will receive a reason if there is one given. We then communicate with the progressed candidate concerning either a first or second interview, if accepted by the client company, a communication will follow.

To apply for an available job opening, you will need to register as a job seeker and upload your CV to the Pelago website.  Once you have activated your account profile, you will be able to save, apply, and set-up job alerts. Candidates can view and enter details to their profile account, view and manage job application progression, CV management, enter profile details to better help access ideal positions, and manage account settings.

Explore and pinpoint job-search openings by using available filters to narrow searches based on location, radius, and the type of job you're seeking, tailoring job titles or skill sets to your focused interests in entered search requests, as well as selecting the date you are available to start work. 

We frequently add and update our job listings with new opportunities. If a position or role fit isn't apparent immediately, we encourage revisiting our jobs page often to discover new postings.

The duration of the hiring process varies significantly based on the nature of the available position in question. For permanent roles, the timeline may extend over several weeks due to the comprehensive nature of the evaluation process. On other time frames, contract positions that require immediate filling often are a swifter process, potentially completing within several days. Throughout this timeline, our recruitment consultants maintain open lines of communication, ensuring you're promptly informed and communicated with throughout the progress of your application and delivering direct feedback the moment it becomes available.
